Unless you're heavy into postmodernism, your story needs a plot. And if you are that heavy into postmodernism, you should probably find a better avenue to vent it than Newsies fanfiction. I'm just sayin'.

Plot is another one of those key, can't-live-without pieces of a story. Duh. In fact, plot is the story; it's what happens and how it happens. So if you want to write a good story, you need one.
