NaNoWriMoThe past two years, I've partaken in National Novel Writing Month and completed a 50,000 word novel in 30 days. The first year, I wrote what I feel is actually a fairly good first draft; something, if cleaned up a bit, might actually make a decent novel. Someday. The second year, I wrote a goofy piece of fluff, that I don't really like all that much... But that's much more recent, and I'm not even going to reread it for months yet, let alone write character profiles. The 2001 plot involved three different timelines. The first was present day, first person; the second was a dystopian future; the third was a dimension parallel to the second. I'm not going to go into the plot, because trust me, it's easier this way. But here are the characters:
Timeline One:
Timeline Two:
Timeline Three: I decided awhile ago not to put the novel online, but if anyone is actually interested in reading it, feel free to email me and I'll send it to you. The second year... Well. Okay, suppose the universe was ruled by two controlling forces, and they were incarnated as college roommates who hated each other. Add some comic relief and an angsty, wannabe goth, and there you go.
Characters: I highly recomend doing NaNo, it's always fun. |
